Class Descriptions

Hatha : Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner.

Beginner/Level 1 : Recommended for everyone who is new to yoga and is looking to get a basic understanding of the poses and breathing techniques.

Beginner/Level 2 : This would be an appropriate class for those who have taken yoga before and require more details on postures or are looking for more challenging postures.
Beginner/Intermediate: Take your Beginner practice to the next level as you explore more deeply the poses and breathing practices you know and learn some new ones as well! Consider this a wonderful stepping stone towards an Intermediate practice. Prior experience not required.
Inter/Advanced : Previous yoga experience is highly recommended. For those looking for a challenge in their posture and breathing practice.
Flow Yoga: Vinyasa means “flowing with breath". This vinyasa flow class unites breath with movement, providing a dynamic practice with fluid transitions from posture to posture. Flows range from gentle to vigorous and are suitable for all levels.
Restorative Yoga: Like an afternoon at the spa! This class focuses on support and release using bolsters, blankets, straps and your body’s wisdom. Melt away the stress and tension of your week and reconnect with your inner self with a deep sense of peace and centeredness. This class is slow-paced, deeply nurturing, and is suitable for all levels. It is especially helpful for anyone needing to slow down the rapid pace of their life. No prior experience required.
Meditation Plus : 30 minutes of Pranyama (deep) breathing,15 minutes of guided relaxation and 15 minutes of Meditation. This class is suitable for all levels.
