My father was a painter; because of that I have been building visual sense since
early childhood. Some early success with a Canon rangefinder camera led to the
purchase of a Nikon and other brands and sizes. For years my only lens was the
famous 55mm macro.Over the years I have done a little newspaper work, portraits,
weddings, the odd exhibition, etc. Architect Raymond Moriyama owns one of my
pictures of trees; baritone Gary Relyea still uses my portrait of him taken
about 1990. Leftover exhibition prints are available. I have joined the digital
crowd, and can now offer budget-friendly sessions while maintaining high quality.
