House Rules

House on Green Acres is being offered for families and mature responsible adults only.

Rental Rules

Green acres is a quiet residential area.   It is our commitment as members of this community
to ensure all our guests respect our neighbours and their privacy and please treat
this home as if it were their own home.

No loud parties or unreasonable noise is allowed, especially after 10pm

Smoking
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. 
When smoking outside, please dispose your cigarette butts in the receptacles provided.
Throwing your cigarette butts on the property or surrounding property will result in a
$100 fine taken from your security deposit to clean it up.

Pets
We love members of the animal family, however in order to respect those with
pet allergies we ask that no pets are allowed.

Bed Linens/Beach Towels
Comforters/Duvets and pillows will be provided and will be washed by the owners
prior to your arrival.
Please note: *Bed Linens and beach/bath towels are not provided.*

Cleaning
It is the responsibility of the renters to ensure the house and property is left clean and tidy and in
the same condition it was upon their arrival.
Cleaning supplies are provided for you with the exception of laundry soap.
Leaving the house in an unsatisfactory condition will result in a deduction from your
security deposit.

Garbage
Please do not leave your garbage behind.  All garbage must be disposed of properly
Garbage bags and bins will be provided for you
Please be responsible and recycle all that you can in the Blue Bins provided.

Check In / Check Out Times
Check in is at 3pm the day of arrival
Check out is 1pm day of departure.
These times are to ensure that we can prepare the home for the next family coming in

Common Sense and Respect for our home will ensure that everyone involved can have a
pleasant and memorable vacation.  Our home is your home so please treat it accordingly.
